Score 365 – Terms & Conditions

Score 365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service. These terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between Score 365 and its users ("you" or "member").

• Each individual may open only one account. If a person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances held within them may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. If unauthorized access to your account is detected, you must notify Score 365 Support immediately.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to the Platform immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at Score 365. Prior to withdrawal, or at Score 365's discretion, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence.

Score 365 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposit rules are detailed below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (may vary by method).

Score 365 reserves the right to carry out additional verification during withdrawal processing for security reasons. This typically takes no more than 24 to 48 hours.

• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Artificial betting or exploiting system loopholes to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.

The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on Score 365:

• Once a bet or game wager is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except for the cash-out option in live betting).
• Score 365 reserves the right to void bets if abnormal results occur due to a technical error.
• If suspicious betting patterns are identified, payments may be placed on hold until an investigation is completed.
• In Sports Betting, Score 365's policies apply in cases involving referee decisions, match postponements, or cancellations.
• Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are completely fair and unbiased.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Score 365 and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's name or identity
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to strategically fulfil bonus conditions
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Attempting to hack the Score 365 system or exploiting any technical vulnerability
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Using automated software or bots to play games

Score 365 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Score 365 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Issues arising from software errors or inconsistencies on the part of third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from issues with your own device or internet connection.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.

In the event of a dispute between Score 365 and a member, the following process will be followed:

• Step one: Report the issue to Score 365 Customer Support. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
• Step Two: If your issue is not resolved by Support, you may escalate your appeal to senior management.
• Step Three: If both parties agree, an arbitration process through a neutral third party may be pursued.

Dispute resolution requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered. The final decision of Score 365 shall be binding.

Score 365 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the platform.

• For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Score 365 reserves the right to close any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts involved in prohibited activities may be closed without prior notice.
• Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
